Job Summary

Payroll Master performs various functions in HR such as personnel payroll, compensation and benefits administration, records management, labor relations, vendor management, while ensuring that people policies are aligned to business and compliant to labor regulations.

Job Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Psychology
  • At least 2 years work experience in Human Resource Department particularly in Timekeeping and Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and Labor Relation and Employee Discipline.
  • Proficient in MS office and computer literate
  • Possesses written and spoken communication skills
  • Possesses Integrity
  • Hard working and creative in thinking
  • Skillful in presentation
  • Willing to be assigned in branches
